Merry Christmas!

One last post before I head out for the year! I have had a great time here at the Poulnott house again this year and I can't wait to come back and meet the new baby next year!

Only 3 more days!!

Where has the time gone?! I can't believe it is already almost time for me to leave here again.

It has been pretty uneventful here this year... Mrs. P and Zachary have both been sick off and on but Zachary has been such a good boy. Can you believe he has gotten 7 new teeth since I've been here?? I wouldn't feel good with all those teeth coming in either!

Status: NICE!!! I've never seen a happier baby! And he's so sweet. He loves to give hugs and kisses!

Just chillin'

No, really... It got cold here this week! Brrr!

Zachary seems to be feeling much better but now his momma has the cold. She looks like she feels awful! But Zachary has been such a good boy playing with his toys and giving his momma lots of lovin's!

I hope I don't catch this cold, too! Good thing I got my flu shot before I came!

Status: NICE!! I sure am glad he's feeling better!

Sick boy :(

What a week! Poor Zachary just can't seem to catch a break!

Tuesday morning, the family was up bright and early. Too early! Zachary got those tubes in his ears I was telling you about. They came home a few hours later and he was being his normal, playful self.

Then, as the week went on, he just wasn't feeling well. He started coughing and sneezing a whole lot. Mrs. P says its just a cold and he seems to be doing better already. He even has a couple new teeth now! But now poor Mrs. P is getting the cold too! I hope I don't get it!

Status: (sick and cranky)NICE! Even though he hasn't felt well this week, Zachary is still a sweet boy!

I really like hanging out in this tree. I can see what's going on and I'm not in anyone's way.

Busy, busy!

This is one busy family! They were gone most of the day again today so I just hung out with my pal, Scout!

When Zachary got home, he was a little grumpy but after some magic ear drops, he was back to his usual, silly self!

Status: NICE! I can't blame the poor guy for being grumpy... I know his ears really hurt. And really, how could someone so little and silly be on the naughty list??

Now... If I could just get some food around here, I'd be all set...

Getting comfortable!

Well, it's been a few days since my last update. I've just been hanging around, watching the family. They've been pretty busy lately!

Zachary has been such a happy boy lately, even though he has another ear infection. I heard Mrs. P say this is his 7th one since I was here last! Poor little guy. But it sounds like they are going to get him all fixed up soon... Something about tubes in his ears??

I have also noticed Mrs. P seems to be getting bigger around the middle and they say she is going to have another baby next summer! Can you believe it?? Zachary is going to be such a good big brother!

I still think he belongs on the NICE list ! I spend most of my days laughing at him - he's learning so much and he is so funny!

Well, sir, as you know, I ran into a little bit of trouble here at the Poulnott house yesterday. Alex forgot that he wasn't supposed to touch me and he got soooo excited when he saw my "Good Morning" message that he did touch me and it REALLY hurt my magic. Thankfully, I had just enough left to send for help. A couple of nearby Scout elves came to the rescue... They rushed me to the North Pole where you were able to fix me up good as new and restore my magic. Thank you so much, sir! I would really hate to miss the Christmas season with this family! And I was able to return before the family got home from their trip. Only - they only had Zachary with them. Apparently Clay and Alex had to go back to their moms. I will miss those boys. And I also learned I won't see them again this year. I sure hope they have a Scout elf at their moms to watch over them until Christmas!

Okay, okay... On to today's report! After church this morning, Mrs. P and Zachary took a nice nap. When they woke up, there was lots of playtime and cleaning up the house. Zachary is such a happy boy and he is walking everywhere! It is such a joy to see him growing so much!
